Dispatch & Tracking

To ensure the integrity of your fragrance products, each order is carefully packed. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, allowing you to monitor its journey in real-time.

Free Shipping

Complimentary shipping is provided on all orders over $115 AUD.

Reed Pack Shipping

Replacement reed packs are sent with Australia Post at a flat $16 AUD standard, or $20 AUD express — the same rate anywhere in Australia.

Delivery Protocol

To ensure your items arrive safely, our carriers follow strict delivery guidelines:

Commercial & Units: A signature is required for all business addresses and residential apartment units.
Residential Houses: Parcels may be left in a safe location at the carrier’s discretion if no one is home.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

If a parcel is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that redelivery may incur additional fees, or a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs incurred by Amberly.
